Naughty Dog Admits the Difficulty of Working The Last of Us PS4

The Last of Us: Remastered is ready to be present on the PlayStation 4 in the near future. Even so, the developer, Naughty Dog, admitted experiencing many difficulties during working on this game.

According to Naughty Dog, bringing The Last of Us from PS3 to PS4 is not just an easy porting. In fact, they had called the process like ‘hell’!

Neil Druckman as Creative Director at Naughty Dog hopes the porting process is as easy as pressing the ‘Enable PS4 Mode’ button and finished. Unfortunately not so. “Just to get a picture on the screen, even with bad shadows, bad lighting, and crashes every 30 seconds, it takes a very long time,” he said.

Druckman can not explain how difficult the process is. Upon completion, he and his team must run both versions (PS3 and PS4) simultaneously to ensure nothing is wrong during the process

One problem is over, another problem comes. “Interesting to know, the bottleneck is’ can we put this (TLOU: Remastered) into the disc?” He added. Not only that, Druckman was confused how he showed gamers around the world about the increase in madden mobile hack  via the internet.

“We run the game at 1080p and 60fps, and YouTube drops it to 30fps and compresses (on the TLOU: Remastered video). It’s hard to explain what the difference is. We try to give a non-compression version of the trailer to be downloaded by gamers, but the size is several hundred MB. It’s a big file, “Druckman concluded.

To be sure, he ensures that when gamers play TLOU: Remastered, they will see all the high resolution displays running smoothly. Druckman even calls it hard for gamers to go back to previous versions after seeing TLOU: Remastered. Curious? Let’s wait to play madden mobile !
